Refund policy

Eligibility

Self-paced enrollments may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of lesson content has been accessed. Guided cohorts may request a full refund up to 5 business days before the first live session.

Timeframe

Submit refund requests promptly using the contact details below. Requests after the windows above are considered only for documented exceptional circumstances.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria are met. Partial refunds may be offered if a cohort is materially rescheduled by Logicstack Lab and you cannot attend the new dates — typically the unused session value minus administrative costs disclosed at the time.

Non-refundable items

Custom team workshops after facilitation has begun, third-party software licenses, and completed one-day intensives are non-refundable. Downloadable template packs sold separately after download are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@logicstack-lab.digital with your full name, enrollment date, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after approval.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange a bank transfer to a Malaysian account you nominate.

Cancellations by Logicstack Lab

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law remain unaffected. Medical or bereavement situations may qualify for goodwill credits evaluated case by case.
