FAQ
Do I need a specific analytics vendor?
No. Lessons use vendor-neutral language. You should have access to some form of payment analytics or exports from your ERP.
Can I bring confidential payment data?
Only sanitized extracts. We provide guidance on stripping account numbers and personal data before any lab upload.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not teach you how to implement or license a vendor payment financial audit analytics app. If your stack is not live yet, start with process design workshops first — the Studio assumes you already generate alerts.
Is there a refund window?
Yes. Eligibility details are on the refund policy page.
Week 3’s match-rules lab is the reason our false-positive rate finally moved. I still sketch the drift chart on paper before changing production thresholds.
Useful course. The leadership readout week felt rushed compared with the investigation modules, but the evidence pack template alone justified the seat.
